About us
What do we do and what do we strive for?
VIVERNO is a company specializing in the challenges of energy transformation, ESG issues and subsidies, among others for investments, innovations or R&D with commercialization and implementation options. Our main activities include carbon footprint analysis (in all ranges), EPD declarations, energy efficiency studies, decarbonisation strategies, CDP disclosures, white certification, implementation of renewable energy solutions and ESG audits, consulting and reporting.
An important part of VIVERNO's services is also the support in reaching for external financing for investments carried out by our partners. We also offer training that — importantly — is addressed to all levels of the organization.
The company's mission is to support companies with specialized competencies so that they operate efficiently and in accordance with the guidelines of sustainable development. We achieve this by:

How do we work?
We provide our clients with comprehensive strategic support, ranging from regulatory analyses and benchmarking preparation through indicator calculations and advanced calculations, to ready-made studies with visualization of final findings. In our work with business, we strive to strategically combine economic, regulatory and pressure aspects of value chains.
Here is an example of this approach: carbon footprint calculation is an important but not an insufficient component of decarbonisation strategies. We therefore add to this energy efficiency, which brings tangible financial savings to organizations, and whose audits — what is important — are mandatory in Poland for large companies. On this basis, we develop a strategy and, in order to increase the chances of its implementation, we look for external measures (also welcomed by banks in the context of sustainable finance). We then support the client in carrying out the modernization, in order to later report key elements of the process and indicators and reach the ESG rating (e.g. to the CDP). This is how we see our role and this is how we understand the systemic approach. We believe that only in this way can sustainable development bring long-term business, environmental and social benefits.
Our experiences
We have been operating since 2018 — first under the BGEC brand, and from 2022 already as VIVERNO. Our roots are primarily related to energy efficiency. We started in this area, gradually expanding our competences to include issues of renewable energy sources, carbon footprint analysis, decarbonisation strategies and ESG reporting.
VIVERNO consultants were responsible for several hundred studies, calculations and models for more than 200 clients. We have carried out projects with, among others, PEPSICO, Ferrero, Lotos, Cemex, Miele, Tauron, Orlen, Łowicz and PGNiG. We also work with smaller companies, as well as with universities and NGOs.
In January 2022, VIVERNO became the first company in Poland to obtain CDP accreditation in the field of carbon footprint reduction services. This opened the way for us to many international contacts and to expand our expertise in emissions calculations, reporting reduction targets, decarbonisation strategies, ESG ratings and value chains, which are becoming increasingly important globally every year. In May 2022, we became BNP Paribas energy transition consultant, and in March 2023 we signed an agreement with the bank to support BNP clients in the field of energy efficiency and white certificates.
