Co-financing your investments
We will support your business in the development of comprehensive documentation of grant applications with attachments. We prepare technical documentation within the framework of national, EU, Swiss grants, etc. Our cooperation with the business is characterized by comprehensiveness and partnership approach to the client and the implemented investment. This is possible because we participate in the investment process at all its stages.
We create a concept and/or carry out technical and economic analysis of the planned investment. We choose the optimal investment option and indicate the available subsidies with the recommendation of the most favorable options. We develop technical documentation taking into account, among others, development strategy, energy audit, energy efficiency audit, feasibility study or functional and utility program (PFU). We monitor the process of obtaining all formal and legal, environmental permits by the client. In addition, together with the client, we submit a grant application in the generator with attachments and monitor the process of obtaining funding. We support the client at the stage of completing and evaluating the application of the spending unit and during negotiations. We assign each client a dedicated person in charge of the project. It takes care of all reporting and accounts for the investment based on previously established indicators.

VIVERNO Sp. z o.o. has prepared for Grana an application for co-financing under the European Funds for Modern Economy 2021-2027 Programme Measure 3.01 Ecological Credit together with the implementation of the energy efficiency audit and the energy audit of the thermal modernization project. In this way, we managed to obtain co-financing of investments at the level of PLN 3,924,200.00 in the field of energy efficiency and renewable energy sources. What are the entry criteria for the competition?
They depend on the competition. The basic verification should take into account:
- the size of the company (micro, small, medium, mid-caps or large taking into account person-capital links),
- location of the investment,
- PKD entrepreneurs,
- investment scope,
- economy of investment, taking into account savings from kJ and PLN,
- project performance indicators that need to be demonstrated after the completion of the investment (e.g. primary and/or final energy savings)
- requirements for the technical documentation necessary to apply for the competition (e.g. audit, PFU, feasibility study, environmental permits, etc.),
- accounting documentation ensuring smooth implementation of the investment (bank promise, certificates of non-submission to the ZUS/US, balance sheet, etc.).
What level of support can the beneficiary expect?
This depends on the competition and the type of investment, but also the map of support for regional investment aid, aid for RES and energy efficiency, the size of the company, the location of the investment, its profitability or the level of energy savings.
Can grants be combined?
Yes, but we must bear in mind the “incentive effect”, the avoidance of double financing of investments and the procedure related to the Competitiveness Base.
What is the shelf life of the project, taking into account the size of the enterprise?
For small and medium-sized enterprises, it is 3 years from the date of launch of the investment, for large entities - 5 years.
Does VIVERNO support customers in the settlement of the project?
Yes, we also support the client in this area, taking care of the implementation rates. In most competitions, settlement is carried out quarterly. This is an additional service, often not included in the eligible cost of the project by the spending entity. Due to the knowledge of the investment scope, the person settling the project is the same person who developed the application.
What is the Competitiveness Base?
It is an online database of offers containing announcements of beneficiaries. The publication of announcements is a prerequisite for meeting the so-called competitiveness principle. Any investment over 50 thousand. PLN should be included in the database. The principle of competitiveness applies to beneficiaries benefiting from the European Regional Development Fund, the European Social Fund and the Cohesion Fund and is regulated at the level of the guidelines on eligibility of expenditure.
