The first step before the implementation of the ESG training was to conduct several introductory meetings. We wanted to thoroughly analyze the needs of the client and get acquainted with the nuances of the company's activities in order to determine the appropriate scope of training. Thanks to these meetings, the VIVERNO expert was able to adapt the content of the materials not only to the specifics of the food sector, but also to the specific company. The ESG training was aimed at the board, the management and the work team. The content scope focused, among others, on pointing the business path to ESG and sustainable development, presenting the business objectives of ESG and the opportunities and risks associated with it.
The VIVERNO expert also organized a consultation session of more than an hour, during which the participants of the training had the opportunity to ask questions, dispel possible doubts, as well as develop some topics.
